Zhejiang Winner Fire Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise integrated R&D, manufacturing and sales, and has restructured into a joint-stock company in 2008. Winner has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Jiaxing Fuxin Fire Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Jiaxing Fu'an Fire Engineering Co.,Ltd. Winner has been listed in Zhejiang Equity Trading Center since Oct. 15th,2012.Founded in 1994, the company was formerly known as Jiaxing Fire Equipment Factory. The company has a registered capital of 40 million yuan, net assets of 200 million yuan, and has 440 employees. It has more than 1,000 sets of production and testing equipment. The company is engaged in research, development, manufacture and sales of fire-fighting equipment and security equipment, and built a fire-fighting test room of the National Fire-fighting Inspection Center. It is one of the largest manufacturers of fire-fighting fire extinguishers in China.
